What is TriCaster?
NewTek TriCasterT is designed for enterprise market professionals who want to get their message across in the most powerful way possible - video. TriCaster combines everything found in a television mobile truck into a backpack. It has a very easy interface using plain language instead of video jargon so corporate communications, human resource and corporate training professionals can easily use it. It's also perfect for teachers/education, local access channels or anyone wanting to communicate live events. Why do I need TriCaster?
TriCaster is the perfect device to handle any presentation need, from mixing live cameras and video playback, to high-resolution projection of graphics and animations directly to a projector. Nothing else can do what TriCaster can do, such as sharing full-screen graphics and video from another person across the local network, mixing it with live sources, and even streaming your live presentation to the Internet while recording it all as full-resolution digital video. TriCaster is designed for presenters who are not familiar with video equipment or terminology. Just turn it on and reach the world.

No, it does not.
Does TriCaster accept webcams?
TriCaster does not allow USB-based webcams, since they do not provide professional-quality resolution.
If I open the box, does it void the warranty?
Yes, it does. Any servicing of TriCaster must be performed by NewTek.
Who will provide Technical Support?
NewTek provides free technical support for all TriCaster presenters.
Can TriCaster software be upgraded?
TriCaster is not user-upgradeable.
Can I purchase a model with more storage or memory?
TriCaster comes in a single configuration.
Can I install additional software?
No. This presentation device cannot have unauthorized software installed.
Does TriCaster come in different colors?
TriCaster is only available in basic black, which accessorizes well with any presentation.
